2009 Annual Report
WAM members are invited to our 2009 Annual General Meeting, which will be held on Wednesday 28th April 2010, 6:00pm, at Perth’s newest live music venue, the William St Bird, 181 William St, Northbridge. Refreshments will be served.

The AGM is an important event on our calendar, offering you the chance to hear from those who run the organisation for you, with the presentation of the 2009 Annual Report as well as exciting glimpses into plans for the coming year. New memberships can be registered on the night.

An important part of the AGM is the election of your fellow members to fill vacancies on the Board.  This year there are six vacancies – two of one year and four 2-year terms.  If you think that you may be interested in nominating for a voluntary Board position, you can download the nomination and information form HERE. Nominations must be received by Wednesday April 14 at 5pm.

If you’re unable to attend then you can send in a completed proxy form, which makes it as if you were there!  You can assign your voting rights to another member or the Chair and, you guessed it, the proxy form is available HERE. Proxies must be received at WAM’s office by 5pm Tuesday April 27.

You also have the opportunity to nominate a fellow member to receive Honourary Life Membership.  Nominations will be considered by the Board at their April 20 meeting, and must therefore be received by WAM CEO Paul Bodlovich by Monday, 19 April.

Be an active part of the organisation, by helping us help you!
