WAM generally holds it's AGM around April each year. All current members are directly notified by post & email (if applicable), as are the general public through our website.

WAM members are invited to our AGM, for the presentation of our 2010 Annual Report, to hear about plans for the future, and also to vote for members who have nominated to continue, or join, as Board Members.

The AGM is an essential part of the running of the organisation, and also an opportunity to meet and ask questions of the people who run WAM on your behalf. It also represents an opportunity to network with other WAM members.

Board Nomination
If you wish to nominate yourself for WAM’s Board, please contact the CEO, Paul Bodlovich.
Nominations must be received by 5:00pm, Monday 18 April 2011.

Proxy Voting
If you’re unable to attend, you can still exercise your right to vote by completing the Proxy Voting Form.
You may nominate a WAM member who you know is attending, or the Chairman, to vote on your behalf.
Proxy votes must be received no later than 5:00pm, Friday 29 April 2011.
